Do you have distributors?
A. We have customers who resell our products but we have no official
domestic distributors.
Q.
Is there a minimum order?
A. Minimum product purchase is $25. All orders under $50 must be
prepaid and/or can be charged to Visa/MasterCard. Parts may also
be shipped C.O.D.
Q.
How soon can my order be shipped?
A. All standard parts are shipped from stock within one week of
order date.
Q.
Can I order a part in a different color other than what is shown?
A. For special colors or materials, please consult PMI customer
service. Note: parts manufactured in special colors or materials
cannot be returned.
Q.
How to establish an account?
A. Other than credit card customers, to open an account we require
one bank and three credit referrals.
Q.
What are your terms?
A. Open credit terms are F.O.B. Erie, PA, net 30 days.
Q.
Can we return parts?
A. The factory must issue a RGA (return goods authorization) number
in order for parts to be returned. No return parts will be accepted
without this number.
Q.
How is freight billed?
A. Freight is always the customer’s choice and responsibility.
Unless otherwise directed by the customer, smaller orders will be
shipped UPS pre-paid and added to invoice.

Do I have to order a full carton?
A. When full carton quantities are too large for your requirements,
smaller quantities or “Select-Paks” are available. Contact
PMI customer service for details.
